1. What type of SIM Card does it take?

Nano SIM Card.

2. Will it work on any operator?

The TD X1 is a SIM Free desk phone designed to work with any mobile network operator unless locked.

3. Does it support Bluetooth?

Yes, the TD X1 features Bluetooth version 5.0.

4. How far will the Wi-Fi hotspot reach?

10m. The connection may vary depending on any barriers or walls in the way.

5. How many devices can I connect to the Wi-Fi hot spot?

You can connect up to 4 devices at any one time.

6. Can I record calls?

Yes - This feature is supported but please check the legality of this in your country.

7. How do I physically lock the device to its location?

Beside the charging port on the back, you'll see a hole which can be used to physically lock the device to its location.

8. Can I update the Android OS?

No, you can not update the android version on this device. If you’re a mobile network operator and would like us to customise the OS for you, we can.

9. Can I download all my google contacts to the device?

Yes, the Model 6 is powered by Android which enables you to sync your Google contacts.

10. Can I use a headphones or earphones?

Yes, you can use any headphone or earphone with a 3.5 mm jack connector. Alternatively, you can also use a compatible Bluetooth              headphone or earphone to connect wirelessly.

11. How do I use the PBX features like call transfer, hold, conference call?

Virtual PBX is dependant on the service and package provided by your Mobile Network Operator. Please contact them for more information.
